01

Who we are

Diivine Dynamics provides performance marketing services to hair and beauty salons, including paid advertising, lead generation, email and SMS marketing, and our CRM product, LeadFlow. This policy covers data collected through our marketing website, lead forms, and, where applicable, on behalf of our salon clients.
02

Data we collect through the lead form

When you submit an enquiry through our website or landing pages, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, salon or business name, email address, phone number, city, and details about your marketing goals. This is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a growth plan, and follow up by email, phone or SMS.
03

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking), to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our own campaigns. These tools may set cookies in your browser and collect information such as pages viewed, referring source, device type and approximate location. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.
04

Email and SMS marketing consent

If you opt in to receive email or SMS communications from us — for example after submitting a lead form — we will use your contact details to send you relevant marketing messages, including growth tips, offers and updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and every marketing text includes opt-out instructions. We keep a record of when and how consent was given.
05

Storage in our CRM (LeadFlow)

Enquiry and client data is stored in LeadFlow, our CRM, so that leads and follow-ups can be tracked in one place. Access to this data is limited to authorised Diivine Dynamics team members and, where relevant, the salon client the data relates to. Data in LeadFlow is held on secure infrastructure and is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
06

Data retention

We retain enquiry and client data for as long as necessary to provide our services, respond to your enquiry, comply with our legal obligations, and maintain business records. Where you ask us to delete your data and we have no legal or contractual reason to keep it, we will remove it within a reasonable time.
07

Third parties

We use a small number of third-party providers to run our business and campaigns, including advertising platforms (Meta, Google), email/SMS delivery providers, hosting providers, and analytics tools. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms, and we only share what is necessary for them to perform their function.
08

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights over your personal data under applicable law, including the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and related US state laws, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and the Australian Privacy Act. These rights generally include the ability to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent to marketing at any time, and object to certain uses of your data.
09

How to request access or deletion

To exercise any of the rights above, or to unsubscribe from email or SMS marketing, contact us at info@diivinedynamics.in. We will confirm your identity where necessary and respond within a reasonable time.
10

Children's data

Our services and website are directed at business owners and are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The current version is always available at /privacy.
